How do I determine the right size for me?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as our fits range from slim to relaxed depending on the collection.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What materials do you use in your apparel?
XYXX focuses on premium comfort. We primarily use high-grade combed cotton, eco-friendly Modal fabrics, and breathable bamboo blends to ensure maximum softness and durability.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across the country. You can also choose from various prepaid options including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking for faster processing.
